You are not allowed to be stationary or park on a cycle lane. The orange car is parked on the cycle lane, which is not allowed.
Standing stationary or parking on a traffic displacement area marked with white diagonal stripes is prohibited. The bordeaux red car is illegally parked on this gore.

Parking near a pedestrian crossing

No waiting or parking on a cycle path (Lesson 3), on a gore (Lesson 2), or on a pedestrian or cyclist crossing, and on the carriageway not within 5 m before it (Lessons 3 and 4).
